The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.
The Sahasrara Chakra or better known as the Crown Chakra is the last of the seven primary Chakras in Hindu Tantric thought. Translated in Sanskrit as “thousand petaled lotus”.
The Sahasrara Chakra is a purely philosophical concept of yourself. It is the realization of being completely obsolete and what it truly means. It has no substance, it is above all experience, it is called Nirvana. Nirvana is just the feeling of being quenched or a flame being blown out, completeness or satisfaction. When one is complete with the world and has nothing else to prove only then can one reach a balanced Crown Chakra. We are accessing our supramental consciousness, our consciousness that is well above our normal thought, this is a form of pure consciousness. The Sahasrara Chakra is the origin of all other chakras, tapping into this energy represents a form of married life, between you and the Self. An understanding that there is no separation between you and the Self (Soul, God within). The pure consciousness of you is conceptual, meaning it is abstract, meaning it only exists as an idea, the pure You is not real at all.
“Intuition does not denote something contrary to reason, but something outside of the province of reason.”
“Intuition (is) perception via the unconscious.”
— Carl Jung
The Crown Chakra is located on the top of our head is our direct connection to the collective unconscious. Every thought, idea, concept exists within the collective unconscious. The Crown Chakra is the channel to this unconscious information without effort. It gives us access to higher states of consciousness and we open up to our perceptions beyond our personal line of sight and vision.
If the Ajna Chakra is the marriage or the union of the Soul and the Self then the Sahasrara Chakra is the actual marriage life, how we proceed as a whole person. We begin to understand ourselves as a whole person, not as a slave to this physical life. It does not mean we withdraw from physical life, it means we enjoy physical life fully, as God in Man.
The Ego is removed from the Inner World and our unconscious motivators. Once we elevate our consciousness from the Ego, we have an objective view of ourselves and what motivates us. We remove the destructive motivators and enhance that which is within us that makes us enjoy life. Up until this point, one may feel as though we want to change but there is something inside of us that does not want to change. That is the Ego, the Ego does not have any consciousness outside of the outer world and it is fixated on building sandcastles in a rainstorm. In the Crown Chakra, we are fixated on our inner world and being completely in the moment. As we discussed the outer world is completely illusionary and conceptual, no different from the inner world. This world is made for us to create it how we see fit, the creation of the world begins with the inside and ends on the inside. If we are preoccupied with the outer world, then we are at the mercy of external events. When we live in the inner world, Crown Chakra, we are at the mercy of our personal perception, and we also realize that we are in control of that perception.
The Ajna Chakra or better known as the Third Eye Chakra is sixth of the seven primary Chakras in Hindu Tantric thought. Translated in Sanskrit as “command”.
In doing this chakra work we are establishing (Muladhara) and sustaining this emotional current or some would say this kundalini energy that is working up through our spine, opening up each chakra one by one. This current or energy is sustained and focused on until we reach the point of the third eye or Ajna Chakra opening. This opening only can occur when we drop the ego or the ‘I’, and you accept the space within as sacred space. Only when we uncover who God is, within us, and also separate from us do we really accomplish the goal of opening the Third Eye. Once you are fully awakened to self, one is opened up to the peace and wisdom beyond the conscious minds understanding. After reaching this state of gnosis, it is impossible to revert to unconscious and unenlightened ways of previous existence. We utilize a deeper access to the wisdom and understanding of our existence presently.
The Ajna Chakra activation is a wedding between the soul and the self. It is a point of complete consciousness or being completely aware of the realization of your soul. One can not continue on the path of unconsciousness, blaming, and pointing of fingers. The Kundalini energy that was asleep in the root chakra is completely awoken and the realization that you are pure psychic energy is the reality you now live with. When we speak of the psychic reality we are speaking to the human soul as opposed to the natural, animalistic, unconscious life. The soul or God within is simply a word for the non-me. In the Vishuddha chakra, we were simply bridging the gap between psychic reality and physical reality.
In the Ajna Chakra we become it, we ‘command it’. In the Ajna Chakra the psyche grows wings, and from this point, you realize that you are nothing but the soul. It is the point when the subject(you) and the object (Soul) becomes one. The subject is the physical you that can be touched, the object is the soul or the idea of you, the consciousness that is you. When you merge with this consciousness and completely submerge yourself into this union, then you will open the Third Eye Chakra. From this point, you will have the power to merge and harmonize the different energies that exist within you into one powerful energy that is you and transcend all previous paradigms of confusion.
The Ajna translates to “command” or “perceive”, meaning you have the power to perceive life however you choose to. You have to rid yourself of the old ideas to access this power, simply because your hands are full of old baggage, and your hands must be freed to grasp ahold of this new idea within you. Its said meditation on the Ajna Chakra grants peace, occult powers, the ability to leave your body at once, to enter other bodies, to become omniscient. To be connected to the source is a responsibility within itself, so understanding that you must purify yourself through doing the righteous work. To even understand this chakra fully one must understand the journey of kundalini, and from this vantage point, you will see why this work is necessary.
The Vishuddha Chakra or better known as the Throat Chakra is fifth of the seven primary Chakras in Hindu Tantric thought. Translated in Sanskrit as “especially pure”, meaning you and God are indivisible.
In the Anahata Chakra we recognized the God within, in the Vishuddha Chakra the God within recognizes us. The contemplation is abstract and the results are a matter of fact. A place where creativity and the self are expressed in truth. A place where our negative experiences and feelings are transformed into lessons learned and wisdom gained. A balanced Vishuddha Chakra is what one would call success in life, an inactive Chakra is what one would call failure. Guilt and Shame are the main contributors to the closing of this chakra. One must rise above the Ego’s limitations to reach the point of access to the Akashic Records. To receive the messages from the higher self one must put themselves in the position to listen. Aligning yourself with the 5th chakra is aligning you with the etheric realms. which is aligning you with the mind of God. To reach this alignment one must detach from their personal experiences. Thus far on this journey of the Chakras, you have been contemplating on the God in You, in the Vishuddha Chakra, the God in you contemplates you. Like sandpaper, the journey of the Chakras can be a little coarse at the beginning but as you ascend to the Throat Chakra the material becomes very fine. In the Vishuddha Chakra, your energy you put forth is more powerful than the energy already present in the universe. No one is against you and if there is, it is you. Translating the abstract and saying the right thing at the right time is a result of a balanced Throat Chakra. The abstract or ethereal realm is not unknown, it is simply beyond reason. When one ascends into the Vishuddha Chakra one is attuned to the higher realms of knowledge. Information goes from abstract to known in the Vishuddha Chakra. The element of the Vishuddha Chakra is Ether or the Quintessence, this controls the areas above terrestrial life, literally the air the Gods breathe. In this position, you think like a God. This energy has no particular form, so in this world, it shows up as abstract. The Vishuddha chakra is living with the knowledge of that fact. The Throat Chakra is your voice, your voice is the base of all your projections. What you say or don’t say is the difference between success and failure. A balanced Vishuddha Chakra gives us the ability to say the right thing at the right time and also how to listen attentively. Although it is located in the throat, this chakra controls one’s ability to hear. You may need to hear that crucial detail that puts you over the top if one is preoccupied with self-talk, one won’t be able to access its intuition. Intuition has a lot to do with the Vishuddha Chakra and spirituality in general, the ability to listen and hear the God within. You are always in control of your voice, meaning you are always connected to the source, the trouble is in realizing this connection. Opening and balancing the Vishuddha Chakra gives you power over your voice. In the Vishuddha Chakra, your psychic nature is evident, your reality is a mirror to your inner world. No longer can one say “He is a jerk”, one has to say “Why am I creating this jerk”, and make the necessary adjustment. Life is what you say it is. Listening to our inner voice without hesitation or distraction will lead us to our best results, this is abstract. You realize that intuition is life just as much as your habitual terrestrial nature. Our source is the inner Ethereal and auric energies. From this point we find our true purpose in life.
