Snowball

The Snowball strain is a specific variety of the Psilocybe cubensis species, often noted for its distinct morphological features. It is a mutation within the Penis Envy lineage, recognized by its “albino” or leucistic appearance. Unlike many other varieties, the Snowball typically produces dense, white, spherical caps that lack traditional gills. From a mycological perspective, it is studied for these unique growth patterns and its genetic relationship to other albino mutations within the species. Cultivators often observe that it develops more slowly than standard varieties but produces very dense fruiting bodies.
