Personally I took a small bite, went on with my usual activities outside the house and started getting emotional because certain thoughts & feelings were coming up to surface for me. I cried a bit. But it was a really good cry from mostly authentic or positive emotions or just things about reality I’d never realized before.
I returned home that evening and finished the rest of the bar. And I experienced more revelations, thoughts, laughter. I felt like I was on a mental journey kinda recollecting my whole life from childhood to now.
