The mysterious connection between your WOMB and the brain

You may have forgotten how powerful you were.

The mysterious connection between the WOMB and the brain

So below, As above

The Mayo Clinic did a study from 1980 to 2002 that concluded an absolute risk of depression and anxiety for young women who had a hysterectomy.

“Our study shows that removing the uterus may have more effect on physical and mental health than previously thought,” says Dr. Laughlin-Tommaso. “Because women often get a hysterectomy at a young age, knowing the risks associated with the procedure even years later is important.”

Now you may or may not be thinking about getting a hysterectomy, but the fact remains that your BRAIN and WOMB are connected.

Prof. Heather Bimonte-Nelson and colleagues demonstrated that removing the uterus — a surgical procedure known as hysterectomy — has a definite impact on spatial memory.

These findings, which appear in the journal Endocrinology, suggest that this organ communicated with the brain, influencing some cognitive processes.

The WOMB or better known as the uterus and the BRAIN, are besties. Your uterus connects to the autonomic nervous system, which coordinates unconscious functions like breathing and digestion.

By connecting to your womb through mental and physical activities such as journaling and steaming, you restore that vital connection of inner peace and mental health.
