Meditation Put Together
“It’s not easy, but it’s simple.” – Eric Thomas
Meditation puts together various spheres of consciousness within you that quiet down, allowing your inner wisdom to guide you successfully through life. Many individuals tend to follow others while also grappling with mental, spiritual, and emotional struggles. The solution is always meditation; however, some have oversimplified its importance. Let’s explore it more comprehensively.
The learning curve for most spiritualists involves a daily practice that includes relaxation, raising kundalini, and identifying as a Soul. Meditation is not merely a hobby or a self-improvement activity; it is a daily practice that reminds you of your true nature at the spiritual and divine levels.
The purpose of meditation is simple: to shift away from an ego identification back to the origin, the soul. When you identify with your non-physical soul, everything inside and outside changes: your nervous system, relationships, cognition, and financial success.
This is why the oversimplification of meditation does more harm than good. If things are not put together correctly, they don’t work correctly.
The worst part is trying to meditate but being unable to focus, leaving you disenchanted with the process and back to regularly scheduled programs. It is not about sitting and being silent until a timer goes off. Meditation is an entire protocol for getting in tune with your true self.
Relaxation
Tension blocks Kundalini.
Relaxation is not a choice; it is mandatory for opening the gates of consciousness, understanding, and inner knowledge.
When the body is tense, the nervous system is locked in a certain state of consciousness. In this state consciousness is set on a particular path, mostly known as survival mode, a majority of americans are stuck in this mode. Ask someone when the last time they really relaxed. Not falling asleep from exhaustion, but setting the time to get completely relaxed as a preparation for medMeditation Put Together

Relaxation
Tension blocks Kundalini.
Relaxation is not just a choice; it is essential for unlocking the gates of consciousness, understanding, and inner knowledge. When the body is tense, the nervous system remains locked in a specific state of consciousness, often referred to as survival mode. Many Americans find themselves stuck in this mode. Consider asking someone when they last experienced true relaxation, not simply dozing off from exhaustion, but intentionally setting aside time to fully relax in preparation for meditation. It’s important not to attempt meditation while feeling stressed. Because it will only intensify the stress and teach you not to enjoy true meditation.
Kundalini is a form of spiritual power; it’s not just an experience but the energy that can transform your reality in ways that align with your desires and needs, all while ensuring it doesn’t negatively impact anyone else’s journey. Relaxation is key to allowing kundalini to rise and offer you solutions. Although the body typically holds control, in this context, it can act as an impediment. If you don’t relax the body, meditation cannot begin, so kundalini remains dormant for much of our lives.
Kundalini
Spiritual power requires space, much like a seed needs soil to germinate. Humans need meditation for Kundalini to rise; it is not so much something you need to do, but rather something you should refrain from doing. This is easier said than done, especially when you consider bills, family, holidays, and other responsibilities. People often think of numerous things they can do, but rarely do they prioritize taking the time to simply be with themselves.
To connect with your true self, you need to make time to turn off the TV, put down your phone, and avoid social distractions. Spend time in quiet reflection, identifying yourself as the soul and detaching from the physical body and the urge to be constantly active. This practice, done over an extended period, will help raise Kundalini.
It’s important to note that quitting your job, distancing yourself from friends, or acquiring a crystal necklace will not raise Kundalini in and of themselves. What truly matters is cultivating a dedicated practice of relaxation and self-identification as the soul.
Meditation is Identification with the Soul
Identification with the soul is what truly defines meditation. This is why practices like yoga, breathing exercises, and guided meditations can feel unfulfilling after a while. If you focus on your ego while engaging in spiritual activities, it’s like an Olympic swimmer wishing to be drafted into the NFL; you can only understand this concept objectively at first. To genuinely connect with your soul, you must do the inner work necessary to begin that journey. Many people overlook this crucial step in their spiritual practice, which can lead to a growing disinterest in the entire process. This is unfortunate because these practices represent the highest aspects of ourselves. As the world increasingly moves toward external control, the more negative traits of humanity will persist until we collectively redefine and identify with our true nature. Otherwise, our false identities will inevitably lead us to act counterintuitively.
By choosing to connect with your soul rather than your ego, you can intentionally and purposefully experience life in a meaningful way. When you identify with your soul, you engage with life fully, and true transformation occurs naturally, without any force. You may not realize the extent of your own power; if you did, you would dedicate your time to cultivating positive emotions and actions unconditionally.
But the Ego does not want to meditate
Meditation is Activation
The indwelling intelligence is activated through meditation. This intelligence serves as the inner ordering principle, the aspect of you that possesses knowledge. Meditation works by removing the barriers within the body, allowing your ego’s consciousness to connect with your divine consciousness. When there are no obstructions, the rose can grow and bloom as it is meant to. Similarly, when there are no barriers, your mind, body, and soul can function harmoniously.
To avoid obstructing the process of meditation, it’s essential to set aside old thoughts, beliefs, and conditions. Obsessing over what you already accept as true is not meditation; instead, you are merely seeking confirmation of existing biases. Meditation is not about reviewing your problems or repeating mantras and affirmations to achieve desired results. Becoming fixated on your thoughts can lead to mental distress, which is why some people immerse themselves in materialism; the inner world has not been recognized as part of the soul. This inner aspect of you is connected to the universe’s divine elements and is not tied to your thoughts. This is reflected in Psalms 82:6, which states that you are gods, children of the Most High. This means you can live like God’s, existing on a mental plane that allows you to create from both a mental and an emotional perspective.
Wholeness
Since you are a part of a greater whole, you are also complete. There is nothing you need to do to achieve this completeness. The key lies in identifying with your soul, and this can be cultivated through meditation. Meditation helps the body relax, allowing it to not interfere with the process of elevating your spiritual knowledge.
You are inherently whole; you can choose to identify with either the smaller aspect of yourself, which is your ego, or the larger aspect, which is your soul. The soul encompasses the whole, including the ego. However, the ego struggles to grasp the concept of the soul, leading it to dismiss both the soul and its various processes and components.
Integration
Integration involves applying your inner wisdom in the external world, meaning you fully identify with your true self in all that you do because this self is all-encompassing. It is not something you can put on or take off, nor should it only be called upon when it is convenient or fashionable. Instead, it represents the complete embodiment of your soul’s identity.
Repeat this until it is ingrained in your subconscious mind.
I am presently grateful
I will share my abundance
I will share unconditionally
I will build a bridge and not discriminate who walks across it
A spiritual identity before death
The purpose of life is to help you discover your spiritual identity as quickly as possible. Meditation is a crucial tool in this journey while you are still alive. When you die, the only thing you take with you into the next reality is your spiritual identity, which has existed long before your physical death. Therefore, don’t use meditation to escape life; instead, use it to fully embrace and experience life as you live. Focus on this journey before death, rather than after.
